Terms:

We accept credit cards and echecks through PayPal. Echecks must clear before products will be shipped.

Shipping:

Shipping Charges and insurance in continental USA (Shipped USPS ground 5 to 7 day service or DHL.)

$1.00 to $100.00 --- $9.95
$100.01 to $299.00 -- $15.95
$299.01 to $499.99 --$20.95
$500.00 or more please contact for up to date shipping costs.

Rush Shipments:

Call or e-mail for rates for overnight or 2nd or 3rd day service.

Shipping Times:

We will usually ship within 3 days of your order. All of our frames are custom made and require assembly.  During high volume times like the holiday season, shipping may take longer. We will notify you after receipt of your order if this will be the case.

Sales Tax:

All orders within the state of Nevada will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We will do our best to satisfy each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability. Any merchandise in the original condition and in the original box may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full no questions asked refund. Please call us directly to obtain a return confirmation authorization.

Out of Stock Products:

If we are out of stock on the product you ordered we will notify you as such. You may then cancel or substitute your order to a product we have immediately available. No charges will be made until a product is actually shipped.

Warranty:

All of our work carries a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
